Another email tip...
Another email tip. If you're commenting on someone else's email, be sure to include a copy of the original. You'd be amazed how many people email me with, "Can you clarify the comment you just made?" Comment? On what? Where? True, we get ridiculously long emails in some postings. But who's going to go on a message hunt all over their files? Not me. |
